David Hart is an excellent lawyer in every way.
David Hart is an excellent lawyer in every way. In trial he pulls out all the stops. For me he went all the way to trial and after 8 grueling days we won a very large verdict against a radiologist that misread a CT and almost killed me.
I work in the legal field, and I know many great personal injury attorneys in Dallas and Fort Worth. Anyone who thinks Mr. Hart is not a great lawyer is full of it. It has been my experience that if you go into a lawsuit you have to be telling the truth or it will all blow up in your face. David Hart, with my full approval, insisted that all of our witnesses tell the complete truth. He can and will take any case that has merit and win it.
