What started as a car breakdown ended in a terrible Grapevine car crash as a pedestrian was struck and killed on Highway 121.

The accident occurred north of the Bass Pro Drive Bridge at around 3:30 a.m. The pedestrian’s car stalled near the median in the northbound lanes; she was hit in the southbound lanes while trying to cross the roadway.

The driver of the vehicle immediately stopped and called for help. There are no charges being filed against the driver.

To lose a loved one in a car accident is a terrible tragedy. The personal injury attorneys at Hart Law Firm would like to remind those who find themselves with a stalled vehicle to wait inside the vehicle with the doors locked until the proper authorities arrive. Remember not to stand to the side or behind the vehicle.

The Grapevine car accident attorneys at Hart Law firm would like to send their condolences to the victim’s family.
