Nico Arias is an attorney with the Hart Law Firm. He graduated from Austin College, in Sherman Texas, in 2015 with a B.A. in Political Science. Nico developed a passion for service and leadership while at Austin College by actively engaging in service projects, events, and organizations aimed at improving the community. For two years he served as President of the Austin College Pre-law Society. He went on to earn his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2018.
During law school, Nico was a member of the National Moot Court Competition team, Phi Delta Phi fraternity, and served as President (2017-2018) and Vice President (2016-2017) of the Texas A&M School of Law chapter for American Constitution Society (ACS). His desire to help his community and those in need was further developed by his participation in those organizations as well as the experience he gained from school clinics and externships (internships for which he received school credit). Nico was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2018.
In his spare time, Nico enjoys spending time with his family and his beautiful dog, Berlin. He also enjoys reading, watching and playing sports, finding the best places to eat in Fort Worth, and television and films. He is a lifelong fan of the San Antonio Spurs.
